Take Money then No Service! Now they Ignoring me
What shocking service!<br> Afrihost deducts courier costs from my credit card, without ever sending the courier!<br> I have spoken to several people at this organisation and have loads of e mails backwards and forwards. Including me sending SMS to their \Help Line"<br> Only empty promises of refunding the costs - Never Happened - sending the couriers - Never Happened.<br> They happily supply me with a Zest Cell Phone"

We apologise for the hassles you have had.
Our team is happy to offer you a refund once the phone is back with us and accessed. Unfortunately, it looks as though the couriers did not process our request to collect the phone, we apologise for that.
We are following up with the couriers to get confirmation on what went wrong with the collection. Once they have rep****, we can then request another pick up from them.
The delivery charge was credited on your account in January, we are sorry for the mixup between a credit and a refund. Our team will contact you with an update as soon as the couriers have confirmed what happened with our collection request and when a new collection will be scheduled for.
