Suspention of services after payment done then no support there after

If you suspend people's lines after payment has been made and then you are not available for the whole weekend on any of your support platforms, are you saying that we can not work in any way for the whole weekend. This is not good support at all. You have no one manning your lines, your WhatsApp and your help Centre. So one can only get help on Tuesday. Poor customer service really. What is one to do when I have paid my account and now I have no internet service all weekend. Not impressed at all. This is what I call poor service/support!!! Always something with Afrihost billing and suspention. Never ends
