Suspension of account

Terrible service - I have closed my account months ago, However I get several suspension of account emails claiming I haven't paid last months payment. The router has been disconnected and ready for collection, the account closed etc and still I'm being hunted for not paying for last month even though it was closed 4 months ago. even on client zone is the account closed. This is ridiculous
