Suspended unfairly
On 2 November afrihost debited my account but strangely I received a notification that it was returned into my account. I had funds in my account so I immediately logged on to clientzone to resubmit payment. Clientzone warned me that my account is in good standing and no need to make payment but I chose an option to settle my monthly instalment of R281. Payment was resubmitted on the 2 November and was only debited on Thursday 5 November. On Saturday 7 November I got an email from afrihost that my account has been suspended due to a failed payment of R281 (see email below). I then called them.I was told that I owe R50 admin fee. If I owed them why didn't they debit it with the R281? I refuse to be penalized for their mistakes.

Hi Eva
We sent you an email regarding a previous payment failure and unfortunately we have not received your full settlement using the available payment methods in ClientZone.
