Suspended services

Afrihost decided to suspend my services for two days due to no payment which they did not deduct the money from my account. They told me to go to the bank to fix the issue mind you this was not the first time experiencing this issue and it was fixed without me having to go to the bank. Yesterday i went to the bank and the issue is clearly on their side because i updated all my banking details using different banks but the issue continued. I decide to make payment on their portal and guess what they told me that the money did not go fibre so they cant activate my services now i have to wait 7-14 days to get my money back. Their payment system is very stupid and not user friendly. Very bad service I experienced i will recommend anyone to go afrihost, now i need to wait for another month for my line to be released so i can sign up with another ISP for services i did not use. I wish they get more terminations.
