Suspended Paid Services

I paid for Domain renewals and transferred the other to the owner of the Domain. Now Afrihost has suspended my paid accounts as they are not willing to send the transferred domain owner the invoice for payment. My paid service has been interrupted and is on suspension and they are not willing to help, rather forcing me to pay for the transferred domain. This is the worst service ever. :-(
