Suspended Afrihost services

I have an outstanding account of Afrihost so they have suspended. Now the problem is the have deducted this month's subscription and loaded data but i can't use it because of the outstanding of September so it means i have just paid for something that i will not use. I have tried to ask them to restore services then i promise to settle the account at the end of this month but they said it is not possible. So does this mean the data of this month that i paid for will just go to waste? when i have made a promise to pay by month end? My *** My ID: *** My cellphone number: ***
