Suspended account after paying in advance

On the 20th of September I made 2 payments, one to settle the arrears and the 2nd one for the month of October. Imagine my surprise when today my account is deactivated and I managed to get it activated, only for it to be immediately suspended. I asked about this and apparently their system saw it as a double deduction but I made an eft payment for both payments and so now I have paid for this month but Afrihost's system decided to refund this and calling didn't get much achieved as the agents aren't able to assist with this although they're accounts and I was advised to contact them but what pains me is that I tried to be proactive and pay ahead and yet here I am with no internet and I have studies to finish up otherwise I don't get my certification the 5th of next month. The account they're refunding to is purely for expenses so it'll be negative by the time that money is refunded into my account so now I must struggle when I tried to get ahead of the problem, doesn't make sense.
