Suspend my account for only R2

I make a eft payment 3 days before the debit order and they stil debit on my account. For the R2 that i short paid. And now my bank account is in a arrears and they suspended my wifi account and now i have to make a payment of R52 where it was only R2. So i did make the payment of R52 today and my wifi is still off my payment time was 7:37 rhis morning. Rhat so unfair to treat ypu clients like this
