surprisingly Slacking service from Afrihost (not like you)

On the 3rd of November my internet no longer worked, which i called in and tried to resolve with support guys for a few days until they sent the problem over to telkom. I didn't have internet what so ever from the 3rd - 16th of November. A technician came out on the 16th, fixed my line, but neglected to sync it to the correct line speed. Consequently i had a line speed of 1mbps shared between 10+ devices, essentially internet was none existant. Following this, daily i called afrihost and emailed, and sent in support requests and nothing was done. On december 1st, i had emailed the CEO Gian 3 times begging him to sort this issue out. Soon after i got an email from tlekom asying the fault was resolved. 7th Dec. I arrive back to Pta from Cape Town to find out that my internet is still running at 1mbps, i call and email again this time it takes only 3 or 4 attempts to get somoenes attention. It is now the 13th of December, the matter was fixed today. Afrihost then credit 172 rand for the usage i didn't have from the 3rd - 16th of Nov. Yet refuse to credit me for the days from the 16th Nov. - 13 Dec. for having less than functioning internet, when i was paying for something premium. Furthermore, The CEO is happy to email all afrihost clients, yet seems too busy to respond to their emails. Lastly I found out from telkom that my maximum line speed possible from the exchange to my location is 8mbps, afrihost told me 10, why did nobody tell me. I am shocked by how slow and poorly my situation has been handled this time around. Afrihost has really dissapointed me, and i feel like i have been completely *****ed around here.
