Support, what's that?

Service has drastically degenerated over the last few years! Maybe it is since they sold out to/teamed up MTN, who the **** knows and & cares! There IS NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT that you can count on! After around 15 years with them, I should probably find the next best *********** provider. Yes, any company who is worth anything should know by now that ONE and only ONE person should deal with your issue! Why should we have to jump through hoops to re-explain ourselves over & over to every new *********** person 's desk your original support call lands on. ***? We are going backwards here in the 21st century!!!!
