support non existant

Before you move your line or business, think about support. Afrihost ADSL support is useless, when things are running well, no issues...but when i had a 10mb line, they dropped speed to 6mb and after 2 weeks I was still emailing for resolution.<br> I dropped line to a 4mb, it was fine. I have been on a 4mb for over a year now...and the line sync speed climbed to a 5mb for a few months...then it dropped to 3.7.I log a call in clientzone and no response. I used their FIX A LINE...and it does nothing. <br> useless support
