support needs serious attention

Great internet, but their support is pathetic. Tried both WhatsApp and their clientzone both started with ideas, but once you answer them they disappear, WhatsApp they asked for info and once I supp**** it, they took over 30 minutes to even acknowledge that I posted anything. On clientzone I posted a follow-up, and for the last almost 6 hours no reply
