Support have no knowledge of FTTH or Vumatel **** to me!

<p>FTTB installed. Afrihost selected. Modem arrived in the mail. Connected to CPE box. Nothing! Zip. Tried PPOE account.... ooops, not Openserv! Ok, tried dynamic IP = ZIP! Called - they said they can't fix it, asked to downgrade PPOE capped account and upgrade FTTH account, CANT DO IT! (no 20mbps+ option on the site! FAIL!). Called Vumatel, they say the "multiple MAC addressses" and the lease on the CPE must be reset by Afrihost. </p> <p>Stuck in the middle - two companies, no service! Plan - no pay and cancel month to month!</p>
