Usually I am happy with the service I get from Afrihost. Simce this usless WhatsApp xhat came on support is null!!

I ask a question. Leave my details. As asked in the auto response.

The agent answers me with how they can help!!!!!? ***!

Then after I waited hours, they leave the chat with this annoying "kuk" reply:

"I understand you may need a bit more time to get back to me. Once you're ready to continue this chat, please message us back and we'll do our best to assist you."

This is utter BS and I am not amused with this service. It has happened numerous times. I am now just fed up!
