Supervisors refusing to call me back

After a number of attempts in 3 days to try and get hold of a supervisor I still have not spoken to one. The communication regarding my Fiber request has been terrible . Now I received charges for a service currently not even running and Still no supervisor calling me back. Well done Management! You setting a great example!
