SUPER BAD ISP!!!! - NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

for the past 2 weeks I'm experiencing tremendous interruptions on my internet connection! up until now, the problem are not solved!!! during the day the line speed is "okay", but in the evening from approximately 18:00 the download speed drops to 0.09. it doesn't get any closer to even 1mbps. I'm paying for a 4mb line, but I'm not receiving any service!!! I've spend a lot of money on data because of this problem! I've called numerous times but still no service!! every time I've called I've been waiting for 30min and every technician tells me the same story. Telkom must reset the ports - whatever this means!!! I'm wondering why the call center is so busy!!!????? just thinking..... however, the problem with my line are not solved!!! i'm fed up with Afrihost and will not recommend you to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
