Sufferhost

I've been a loyal customer for 13 years spending R2000 per month with them. I have a dedicated server with them and until recently it ran well but then we started getting all sorts of attacks from all over the world and I decided to have them manage my server. I signed up for a managed solution, but then the suffering started as they could'nt move the content from the old server tothe new one.. it took almost two weeks. finaly they got it done and we're still getting spammed and hacked like hell and I can do nothing about it 'cause they're managing it (or not) so after a month of losing clients due to their incompetance we decided on moving back to the self manged solution. This is far more impossible than the other way around 'cause the DNS records don't get updated at all as some of them is still pointing to a server we used 5 years ago. So now I pay them twice for services that I can't use(no refund by the way). I'm in dire straits and looking for an alternative, but all the alternatives is foreing companies.
