Afrihost, your service is an absolute disgrace. You are without a doubt the worst provider in South Africa, and I will make sure everyone knows it. Your agents show zero empathy, no customer satisfaction skills, and all they do is parrot lines from a script like robots. I’ve worked in call centres, I’ve managed teams, and I know what real service looks like what you deliver is the complete opposite. It’s pathetic.

Your so-called “support” is nothing but empty words, and your staff clearly lack the training, professionalism, and basic human decency required to deal with customers. The fact that you operate like this is an insult to the industry and to every paying client who expects even the bare minimum of respect.

Frankly, I hope this company collapses. South Africans deserve better than the sham you call customer service. The sooner Afrihost disappears; the sooner people will be spared the frustration, disrespect, and incompetence you force them to endure.
