Sub par service

My fibre line went down yesterday, the call guy ascertained that it was a Vumatel issue. I received a call from Vumatel first thing this morning and they made an appointment to come and sort out the fault. They arrived an hour late, opened my ONT and pulled it apart and then went to look at something outside. Next thing I'm told is one of the technicians have dropped a manhole on their hand and needs to be rushed to hospital. I was assured another team would be out. NOTHING. My line dropping is becoming a monthly issue and costing me on mobile data.

Afrihost is not the ISP they were 20 years ago and they charge regardless of time up.
