Stupid expensive fibre from Afrihost with no response on my emails.

I sent a mail to Afrihost asking why their prices have increased where other providers have cut their prices and doubled their line speeds. After a week I have not received any type of response even though I've sent another mail asking for a response.

The fact that I can't get internet from any other provider forces me to deal with Afrihost/Vumatel which doesn't give me any other option that to get internet from them. Thus they can change the prices however they want and I just have to pay.

Originally I started with a 10mb down and up @ R617.00 and they have upped it to R695.00 while keeping the speeds the same.

Other ISP's have deals for 50mb down and up @R499.00 and I have to pay R200.00 more for a 10mb.

This is not acceptable
