Struggling to get my line fixed

I have been struggling for a month now with bad internet and when i phone afrihost they say there is a fault on telkom side. Afrihost logs a fault with telkom and telkom sends me an sms a few days later telling me fault repaired. Well after i get these sms's i testy line. Yet again after fault \FIXED\" i have even worse internet than what i reported. I have a 4mbps line where i only get 2.40mbps max when im lucky on download, upload is even worse, 0.4 max. The noise on the line is so bad that when im trying to game the servers kick me out for the bad lag....<br> "
