Struggling to cancel my relocation of my Fibre line at 57 Sarepta via Clientzone

Good day *** I tried canceling my Fibre line at 57 Sarepta Road via Client zone. The app does not give me the option to cancel the line. I have followed the instructions. Pity I can't upload the error message but I have send 3 emails stating this error. The guys is not very helpful
