Stop apologizing and start fixing!

Afrihost is the worst ISP that I have ever worked with! When you log a ticket they NEVER reply. When you phone in and ask for changes to be made the representative never do it, or when they do it, it will only be a day or two later. And do not even waste your time waiting for a manager to phone you back because they NEVER phone back, and when you phone you will never reach them. <br> <br> I am tired of your apologies. Do not apologize to me. Start performing. You treat your customers like **** and you do not care about customer service.<br> <br> I have tried to sort out my account and ADSL line for more than a month....and still Afrihost can not figure it out. <br> If you can not deliver, stop wasting your customers time and money! <br>
