Stonewalled

Holding my domain hostage is unfair and absolutely despicable. I've tried for a whole month to settle a dispute on my fibre account and have tried numerous times to try to talk to someone, but to no avail. You just get stonewalled and now due to my account being in arrears because of the dispute, they've suspended my hosting, even though this account is up to date and paid for. My domain is my property!
