Still no not rdceive certain OTP's

Despite several emails and complaints i am still not receiving OTPs from Google, and the CIPC which is noe effectively impacting my business as i must file annual returns and to do that i need to login with the OTP i reveived. Now im even trying to get the CIPC to send a OTP to my email address instead loojs like they cant do that
