Still no line installed! Worst service ever from Openserve

The worst service ever! Thanx to Openserve they make numerous appointments they don’t keep. Taken two months for new line installation through afrihost who also don’t do much to rectify the **** service I’m getting. Again made appointment for today 19th technician just doesn’t pitch! ****ing shocking! Can someone tell me why it is so hard to get a installation complete that Openserve finally started last week 🤬 after extensive complaints and bull**** stories give by Openserve to afrihost as well as multiple appointments missed for installation in December! next I’m taking this all over social media. Afrihost as they looking terrible as Internet provider thanx to Openserve!!!!
