STILL NO INTERNET ACCESS!

Ref nr (HIS-***2) You have had almost TWO WEEKS to get my connection active, IN A HOUSE THAT ALREADY HAS FIBER INSTALLED! I made all the necessary preparations before I moved in, debit order already went off, and here I am still without Internet access due to utter incompetence.
