Still no installation.

Still no installation has taken place. I have made multiple attempts at trying to get reassurance from these companies which I paid promptly on the 24 of June. I am in desperate need of my Fibre because it's making me look *********** and like I am lying. My reference number is OVR - *** Just this morning at 10:28 I called their offices and I spoke to Sibonisile (their calls are recorded so I know they have this on record) who told me it was the IPSs fault) and she told me she'd contact a technician who was in the area to come to my house and still no one has showed up. I no longer know what to do you get service from these people,and ironically they always promote said business under tents in Soweto but they have absolutely no urgency when it comes to service delivery. I'm disappointed.
