Still no fibre internet line after 3 weeks

I placed an order with Vuma Reach via AfriHost on the 18th September 2021. I was assured my new fibre internet line would be installed in 3 days. 3 Weeks later still no uncapped fibre line. There was an installer there the next day. They said the fibre box needed to be moved. Then a construction crew arrived later on the 19th & said the line did not have to be moved & they could simply splice into the fibre sleeve. I have contacted VumaTel reach & Rouzan assured me that they would install before the weekend. Every time I call her they tell me th installation & contstrcution team will be there within 48 hours, but no avail & no line. I cancelled my ADSL & now I'm 3 weeks without internet connection after
