Still being billed 2 months AFTER cancellation of all services!

I cancelled all services with Afrihost in August 2019 I have since been billed in Oct and Nov? I have logged a query on your website on Saturday 2 Nov with no response. I have checked the website thoroughly and I have NO services active with you. Please can someone get back to me with WHY I am still being billed? I want a full refund of the months debited AFTER cancellation (ie. Oct & Nov)
