So long story short. I canceled my package on clientzone, on the 1/9/2024. Due to me moving to a new location. Not long after that I spoke to a consultant via whatsapp to confirm that it's canceled and no debit will come off my account. This person confirmed. Today purchase went off on mybogonen. Vumatel afrihost. I called and demanded a refund coz I no longer stay at this place. Apparently I they reactivated. Then they said I removed the cancellation myself. And data was used therefore they can't refund it. Now why would I remove the cancellation if I'm moving. They been giving me bad service from the start and now this. I just had a sudden financial crisis and they took my last. I wouldn't recommend a service like this for anyone. Sent me screenshot of the system saying I removed it. Twice. But no time and date. Requesting a screenshot wit time and date. They typed it out but not showing me what the system says. Now.. I'll be reposting this post as much as I can and every platform I can find
