Stay FAR away from Afrihost

We signed up for wireless internet with Afrihost, service provider Cellc. It was a huge mistake as the signal kept on dropping resulting in daily connection problems. We were also eventually left without any internet service for 3 days without any help or proper feedback from the Afrihost technicians. The support staff has no clue how to solve problems and take you in circles and you get nowhere. A supervisor called me back after I really lost it with them only to inform me Cellc does not provide coverage for our area any longer. I checked network coverage on both Afrihost and Cellc sites and unbelievably we do not have coverage in our area anylonger.

I had no choice after 3 months to cancel our account with Afrihost, If they could provide the service we would still be with them but they cant. Now theyhave the cheek to charge me R1000 for cancelling our account. Ridiculous!!!

- Afrihost is unreliable in providing secure internet connection services. - Afrihost's consultants are blatantly lying about time to resolution. - Afrihost's consultants are abrupt and unhelpful. - Afrihost is unable to give their clients any reasoning behind internet connection problems.

Take my advise and stay far away from AFRIHOST!!!
