Stay clear of afrihost

I had a 2mb account and then moved a 4mb uncapped acc with afrihost and i am only getting a speed between 1.70 and 2.16 mbps some night if i am lucky i might get 3.1 mbps but only for like an hour ....i have phone i have emailed i have done the live chat and nothing gets done all i get is switch to capped or the network is busy ....i should also ad that i have an 18 % shape on my line for the last 30 days ....jip 30 days my shaping doesnt even go away and i havent even used 90 gigs ....and there again some stupid answer no its the network or some **** .....people stay clear of them they promise you the best internet by they just take your money and doesnt care what happens after that ....o ja and i have been told if i dont like it i must leave and go somewhere els .....use mweb or telkom atleast there you get what you pay for .....
