STAY AWAY!!! Non existing service

Worst service I ever experienced. Signed up for fibre in December already and still waiting. I am phoning and following up DAILY, speaking to a different ‘support’ staff every time. When you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they always tell you the same, they work from home and they cannot give you their contact details BUT the manager was notified and will call you shortly, needless to say that no one ever phones you. I even tried to put this review on their own review page but they clearly screen the reviews and add only the positive ones, which in my opinion is deception. I mentioned in my last two calls that I would like to cancel my request, and you won’t believe how willing they were to assist you to cancel, (if only they were as willing to assist in resolving the actual issue) so clearly money is not a problem and I am just another number to them. They also have this rating thing going after each call, I have rated all of them on the lowest option, and even on that they do not get back to you or respond, so just another useless service and total waste of your time.
