3 months since order placed. I have not had a single second of internet yet they keep on requiring me to pay.

They do not follow up on tickets, each new customer care agent want to trouble shoot the issue from square 1. Meaning I have had the same discussion 100 times.

Does afrihost realize they aren't the only providers and we can just move to different isp?

My broadband really just gives those awards away to anyone went with afrihost based on their praise and rewards given but lessons learned.
