Stay Away No service at all!!!

I have been with afrihost for many years and in the past found them to be quite good. Naturally when fiber got launched i decided to sign up with them even though they are more expensive than most providers, expecting to receive the same good service as iv had in the past. Its been two months and ive opened more than 30 tickets already and i still do not have the line i ordered. Firstly i wait anywhere between 3 and 7 days for a reply from them, and every time its the same reboot your router , i send them speedtests and trace routes and no response. To top off everything they still charge me for the 20/20 package when im not getting anywhere close to that. and their accounts department is just as useless. If you are even considering them please dont , they say month to month , but when i wanted to leave because they wernt giving me the service i wanted an am paying for, they threatened to fine me a couple grand as there is something in the fine print.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE... there are much cheaper alternatives that will give you proper service.
