Pathetic service from a useless ISP Afrihost. I ordered a LTE Router and sim on 17 Dec 21, my account was debited immediately for the router and pro rata. I am still waiting after 11 days and the router and sim have not been dispatched, I am going to send back the router and write back the R1499.00 deducted from my account. My order number AH598463.
