Stay away from this joke of a tier 3 ISP

Where we bill you in full providing 2mbps on a 200mbps line, but swear we aren't throttling or shaping your connection, and then hold you hostage and unable to move on to an actual ISP that is not a joke.

This is based off of an ongoing issue that was logged officially in July but stretched even prior to this, they keep blaming frogfoot, yet even with frogfoot testing the line attenuation they still hold it is the line provider, not owning up to their own network clearly being under provisioned on bandwidth and severely over congested.

This goes against several aspects of the consumer protection act as they charge you for one product but render services far below even their smallest offering and then when requesting to exit with immediate effect there is all kinds of excuses.
