Stay away from this company if you value your business - website down since January (4 months..?!)

I've been a client or Afrihost for 6 years - not a big fan but a client.. I have contacted Afrihost several times since January as a client made me aware my site was down - who knows how long it had been down for. Each time I contact Afrihost there is a new excuse - its my connection, its my pc, its because Im travelling overseas that I cant access site etc . I tried to follow up with a few clients last week and was told they thought my business had closed down as the site didnt work anymore. We have lost a lot o revenue and there has been zero interest from Afrihost as their pockets are still being filled. I've also contacted the Technical Director without any luck.
