STAY AWAY FROM THEM - PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I signed up with Afrihost over a month ago! To date NOBODY has installed the fibre to my apartment even though I have received an email saying they did? When you phone in to their call centre you are left on hold for so long you eventually just give up. I have sent countless emails asking when the fiber box will be installed and I am told to just "hold on" but can never give me specific date. THEIR CLIENT SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! Rather go with Cool Ideas - I have them in another property and they install within a week of signing up. Afrihost is USELESS!
