STAY AWAY from AFRIHOST...THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU AND THROW Ts&Cs at you!

If I could give them 0 I would. This is the worst ISP in South Africa, and the customer service is shockingly poor. After nearly 3 years it is GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE to Afrihost! The customer service I have received during my migration is nothing short of disgusting. To throw your fine print terms and conditions at customers who were not aware of your fine print and speak to them in the way Swathi spoke to me in those emails leaves a lot to be desired. As for Jessica from accounts saying she will call me back when I told her I received the incorrect information from the customer service agent, and then never calling back tells you how much the standards have fallen at Afrihost. I hope double charging me for 2 premises was worth losing a long-term client, because you will never see my money again. I don't see you lasting with that kind of customer service.
