Stay away from Afrihost/Openserve Fiber deals.

Three weeks ago I ordered a Fiber Line on the Afrihost Website. At the same time I ordered the same package on Afrihost's website but for my mother in law.

The Fiber line was successfully installed at my Mother in law's house and it took about 5 business days to get the line installed at the home and the line is stable and working 100%

My line on the other hand is still not done. I have started numerous Support Chats on Afrihost and every single time the Support Agent tells me that Openserve has tried to contact me, and I did not answer my phone. Now I do not know if I am blind, or my phone has the signal strength of a Nokia 3310, but I have NOT received a call, sms, whatsapp, email, telegram, smoke signal, morse code, love letter, letter in the post, carrier ***eon or Adware Notificaiton on my computer from Openserve or Afrihost regarding this installtion.

At this stage I am very unhappy, and as far as I possibly can tell people to stay away from Afrihost. Their Support agents are useless, the Installation process is up to s****. And their communication is worse than a dead man's ability to talk. (Not just Openserve's communication but Afrihost communication as well)

I am still waiting for Openserve or Afrihost to give me a call and apologize or just pop me a message to say "Hey we hear you and we are busy to sort this out for you"
