STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST WEB HOSTING SERVICES - UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF EXPERIENCE

I have been fooled and misled by Afrhosts dedicated Web Server for almost more than a year now as Iv had continuous problems almost every month for a year now and Iv always stayed on hoping that it will be the last. They promise a 24/7 support service - which is total lie and extremely misleading as they rely on a group of individuals from INDIA to help with any problems. After hours you will be lucky if you receive a reply 3 or 4 hours later as these support staff only assist in their time. If you call the helpdesk during office hours.. your will be welcomed by a group of untrained people who have no idea what they talking about. Today the webserver service that they provide to me went down from 9am and is still down after 5 calls and 2 emails - with more than 30 of my clients websites down and emails offline. This now render me answerable to the clients and Afrihost shys away from the fact that they are costing people money and time due to their incompetency and unskilled staff. The very same services and packages are available from many much more reliable companys in South Africa and at cheaper rates. STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST -b THEY WILL COST YOUR REPUTATION AND YOUR HARD EARNED BUSINESS CLIENTS
