Stay Away from Afrihost - Their Service went from great to abysmal.

I contacted afrihost about moving my account from another ISP because I was unhappy with the terrible service. To my surprise Afrihost isn't any better. I had to speak to 3 people before I got an answer to my query. And the answer was "take it or leave it". It was a simple request and you would think that they would jump at the prospect of receiving two new accounts. I contacted their support through a ticket logged online. I'm currently on the third email without a response. I also emailed Gian Visser the CEO just to receive an email saying he receives too many emails. So I'm sure they get screened and nobody likes a query. I used to have an account with Afrihost and was very happy. So you can understand my shock at the terrible don't care attitude they have adopted. Seems like I'll just have to grin and bear the bad service, and stay put at my current ISP.
