Stay away from Afrihost, spare yourself the grief.

Due to Afrihost's poor customer service, we are moving our hosting and domain from them to another company who is willing to communicate with their customers. After cancelling our hosting package we were told we have to wait till the end of August to obtain our domain's EEP code to carry over the domain name. It is now the 5th of September with no communication from Afrihost and nobody answering the phones when we phone, hence our reason for not wanting to do business with them any longer. Stay away from Afrihost, spare yourself the grief.
