Stay away from Afrihost. Seriously.

Had to cancel my Fibre with Afrihost after trying to stomach the frustration for a month. I don't want to go into how bad their client service is because if I start then I might have to go on forever. To keep it short: they simply could not deliver. They then charged a R 999 cancellation fee despite their cancellation policy saying that:

"The cancellation fee is NOT applicable to Frogfoot, Vuma, Vuma Aerial and Vuma Reach signups done AFTER 20 February 2020",

My line was Vuma and I signed up on 16 June 2020.

When I tried to query it they put you on hold and just never come back. Stay away from Afrihost as far as possible!
