Stay away from Afrihost if you enjoy a stress free living

Worst service ever!

They brag about supplying pure joy - frankly I have gone through Pure misery! They cannot seem to keep any promise they make. My broadband was supposed to be working a week ago - I have phoned repeeaedly - only to find that even though they promise me it will be done within 24 hours every time, it is not. When I lost it and asked the call centre agent to put me through to his team leader, he raised his voice at me demanding to know why - after arguing for 3 minutes he asked me to wait - for at least 10 minutes, and then said his team leader would phone me back, which never happened. They have managed to bill me - and frankly, I knew I should have chosen MWEB - I am cancelling with them today and going to MWEB who are able to do what they say, when they say. Shame on you Afri-Host and please train your call centre - they are pathetic and make false promises.
