Stay away from Afrihost

I am sorely disappointed that i selected Afrihost as my fibre provider, it has been the absolute worst service i have ever received, i rely on the fibre to have my children do online schooling, having been without service for over 2 days and having spent over 5 hrs on the phone with numerous technicians i am now told that my router is faulty and needs to be replaced however that will take 10 to 14 working days, i am speechless i have tried to get into contact with a manager however i get bounced around from technician to technician absolutely the worst service provider, my advice steer clear of Afrihost.
