Stay away from Afrihost

What a mistake. I ordered a fibre connection to our new home with an Open Serve line already installed. Afrihost was so quick to "set it up" and took my money faster than their internet can work. When I finally received the router having paid for 5 days that I had no internet it didn't work. After almost an hour with their whatsapp service they claimed that Open Serve must activate the line. Another 2 days later Open Serve did just that but still no internet.. Another hour with the whatsapp service team and again they could not get the line to work and again blamed Open Serve. This is now a week since I paid and still no internet. I the cancelled the plan but could not get the return of the router as their own portal said the thing was still due for dispatch. So I logged a ticket for this but then get an email to tell me that I have to pay until March for their inability to get the line working. This place is a joke...good luck trying to ***** more of my money. Stay far away from these people the only think the can do is take your money.
